OmniBudgets — Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase or subscription renewal ("Refund Window"). Requests beyond the Refund Window are not eligible, unless required by law.
2. Merchant of Record and Billing
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues invoices and receipts, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and administers refunds in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3. Eligibility and Fair Use
- Refunds are available for first purchases and renewals within the 14-day Refund Window.
- We may decline repeat or abusive refund requests for the same account or due to misuse.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds outside the Refund Window.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support at jedi.tools@gmail.com with your purchase email and the Paddle order ID.
- Briefly describe the reason (optional).
- We acknowledge within 3 business days and coordinate processing with Paddle.
5. EEA and UK Consumers
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. This policy provides at least the 14-day cancellation period reflected in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension or termination.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
